fabric with Teflon coating. Moisture barrier fabric

fabric absorbs sweat and body moisture. The suit is

Electric
arc flash protective wear is inherently a flame
resistant suit. The first layer of suit is made
from 205 gsm Nomex® fabric. The second layer
is made from 170 gsm Nomex® non-woven fabric.
The third layer is made from 280 gsm 100% fire retardant
cotton fabric.

It is an ideal and effective protective blanket used to wrap the objects and block the fire spreading. Fire blanket is fire resistant and smaller fires can be put out with a fire blanket quicker than using a fire extinguisher. Fire blanket is thick enough to resist high temperature, up to 550oC.

A welding curtain/screen is a heat resistant fabric designed to be placed in the vicinity of welding area. Intended for use in horizontal applications with light to moderate exposures resulting from chipping, grinding, heat treating, sand blasting and light horizontal welding. It is designed to protect machinery and prevent the ignition of combustibles items located adjacent to underside of the blanket.

Features
Welding curtain/screen is used to protect
equipment and personnel near potentially hazardous
or messy operations such as welding, grinding or spraying.
It has excellent characteristics in relation to handling
and resistance to high temperatures. This fabric is
suitable for use as welding curtain/screen even under
extreme conditions. It is environmentally and non
hazardous .
Material Used:
Different material are available according to their
application such as High silica fabric, vermiculite
with fiberglass fabric, acrylic with fiber glass,
carbon fiber fabric, ceramic fiber fabric, Especial
Orange Vinyl and Especial Green translucent Vinyl.
Materials are selected as per requirement.
Properties: Good high transparence,
midding UV bright light resistant. Proper light refraction
and minimizes the arc glare. High UV radiation and
blue light resistant.
Temperature Range: For different
types of curtains there are different temperature
ranges. Temperature ranges from 350-1400oC for different
materials..
Size: Welding
curtain size ranges from 1.74 * 1.74m-1.81 * 55m.
Other size can do according to customer requirements.

Range: 0.2-3mm

Applications: Welding curtain provide protection from spark, spatter in welding, cutting, grinding and so on. It can withstand mid to high intensity spark and mid to high grade slag.
