Honeywell Gold Shield® GA-2010 ballistic composite material
Honeywell’s value offering for soft armor applications,
Gold Shield® GA-2010 combines Honeywell’s patented Shield technology with aramid fiber.
Gold Shield® GA-2010 is a roll product consisting of two plies of unidirectional aramid fiber; cross plied at 0°/90°, and sandwiched in a thermoplastic film.
Applications:
- Concealable and tactical body armor for police, military, and VIP’s
- Bomb blankets
