1. We can get FR treatment on any cotton or Poly cotton fabric

2. We have fabric weight range from 180 to 350 gsm.

3. FR treatment and dying goes simultaneously. In dying we can achieve any color in reactive dyes and vat dyes.

We Offer 3 Types of FR Treatment

1. Using chemical from Huntsman Swiss. This is the most costly process. Can get all certificates for guaranties for Customers. Guaranties of 50 washes for FR treatment are provided.

2. Using chemical from THOR Britain. This is less costly process. Can get all certificates for guaranties for Customers. A guaranty of 50 washes for FR treatment is provided.

3. Using unbranded chemicals’. Mostly used for lining fabric for furniture’s. Where washes are not regular.

All FR treatments are tested following international standards. Some of the examples are BS EN ISO 15025: 2002 for flammability test. EN 531 for protective clothing, for industrial wear. BS 5852 for upholstery fabrics. BS 5867 for curtains.
